- What is Hay Fever.
 
- Hay Fever is the common term for seasonal allergic rhinitis and is caused by an allergic reaction to pollen. It can trigger sneezing, a blocked or runny nose and itchy eyes. Hay Fever symptoms commonly appear in an annual cycle.
 
- Like any allergy, the cause of Hay Fever is the immune system's overeaction to something in the environment.
